Please include your purchase order if the service price is known — this avoids delays in quotation and turnaround.

Ensure all items are securely packaged and clearly marked for the Aftersales Department.

Do not send lithium batteries with your equipment. Retaining them will reduce shipping costs and avoid delays, as unsafe batteries cannot be returned and may be disposed of safely at your cost.
